Please read and understand the following regulations before taking the examination.
A. General Provisions
Participants are required to complete all personal information accurately, fully, and using their own valid identity. The use of another person’s identity during the registration process or examination is strictly prohibited. If, at any stage, any information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified, the committee reserves the right to cancel the participant’s registration and/or disqualify them from the selection process.
B. Pre-Examination Requirements
Participants are required to ensure that their device, internet connection, and all supporting examination tools are in proper working condition before the examination begins. Participants must use an active email address and phone number so that they can be contacted by the committee if necessary. Participants are expected to be present or logged in according to the schedule determined by the committee.
C. Rules During the Examination
Participants are required to complete the examination independently, honestly, and responsibly. Receiving assistance from any person during the examination is strictly prohibited. Participants are also prohibited from using any tools or resources that may affect the authenticity of their test results, including but not limited to:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
- Dictionaries
- Search engines
- Personal notes
- Translation applications
- Any other supporting devices or applications
Any form of cheating, collaboration, answer sharing, or any other action that violates academic integrity is strictly prohibited. Participants are required to comply with all technical instructions and examination procedures set by the committee.
D. Sanctions
The committee reserves the right to impose sanctions on participants who violate these regulations, including:
- A warning
- Cancellation of examination participation
- Disqualification or cancellation of examination results/passing status
Any decision made by the committee regarding violations of these regulations shall be final and binding.
E. Participant Declaration
By taking this online examination, participants are deemed to have understood and agreed that:
- The personal information submitted belongs to the participant and is accurate.
- If any false or inaccurate information is discovered at a later stage, the participant agrees to accept the committee’s decision to cancel their participation or passing status.
- The examination is completed honestly, without assistance from any person, without the use of any tools such as AI, dictionaries, or search engines, and without any form of cheating.
